God in His Word has established that men are to be the leaders of their homes (Eph. 5:22-33; 1 Tim. 3:2, 4-5, 8, 12) and the leaders in their churches (Tit. 1; 1 Tim. 3). The Men’s Ministry of Faith Bible Church is designed to uphold these principles. We want to equip our men to fulfill God’s will for their lives. Our desire is that the men would lead their wives and children with Christ-like love and confidence through God’s Word, and that their lives would have immeasurable impact on the kingdom of God.  The desire of our Men’s Ministry is to give ourselves away (Luke 9:23; 1 Thes. 2:8) in discipleship (2 Tim. 2:2) and evangelism (Matt. 28:19-20). Striving to be faithful to these commitments, we have developed the following ministries:

Leadership Training:
To strengthen our men in their devotion to their families, God’s church, and God’s Word. The messages are intended to focus on doctrine and personal holiness and to cultivate a time of deep fellowship among the men of FBC. These times include a continental breakfast.

Time:         8:00am – 9:30am
*The Leadership Fellowship meetings gather the first and third Saturdays of
every month. (NOTE: These meetings alternate first Saturdays with the Men’s Outreach Breakfasts).

Outreach Breakfasts:
The outreach breakfasts are devoted to inviting friends, family and neighbors (and anyone else) to join the men of FBC for a time around God’s Word. The messages are intended to instruct in areas of Christian living and are gospel-oriented. There is also excellent food provided.

Location: Fellowship Hall (Room #9)

Time: 8:00am – 9:30am
*The Outreach Breakfasts meet the first Sunday of every other month.

Retreats:
Our retreats are designed to facilitate an opportunity for the men to put aside the busyness of the day-to-day and to gather with their brothers in Christ for a time around God’s Word, prayer, and fellowship.

Dates & Location: The dates will vary from year to year and the location will vary between off-campus and on-campus retreats. Information on these retreats is provided at the various men’s gatherings and in the weekly bulletins.
